• Support business succession and family-office matters.
• Conduct advanced research and produce memoranda for complex planning.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in sophisticated estate and tax planning from a private practice law firm.
• Strong drafting skills for complex estate planning documents.
• Superior research and writing capabilities.
• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active Florida Bar membership in good standing.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.

• Active Florida Bar membership.
