Duties:

• Assist in managing active litigation and pre-litigation matters from inception through resolution

• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, pleadings, motions, and discovery documents

• Participate in case strategy discussions and collaborate with senior attorneys

• Communicate with clients, experts, and witnesses in support of case development

• Analyze insurance policies in connection with coverage evaluations and opinions

• Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations as needed

• Support trial preparation and participate in document review and management

Requirements:

• Admission to the California State Bar

• Strong academic record from an accredited law school

• Relevant experience in litigation or insurance coverage (preferred)

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited institution

Certifications:

• Active and in good standing with the California Bar

Skills:

• Excellent research and analytical writing abilities

• Effective verbal communication and client interaction skills

• Strong organizational habits with the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Team-oriented with a proactive problem-solving mindset

• Confidence in independently handling assignments with appropriate supervision
