Employment Litigation Associate

The candidate will provide advice and counseling to corporate employers and defend employment claims and litigation. Strong academic background is required. Should be an entry-level attorney with 0-3 years of experience. Should preferably have interest in these technical areas as well as an excellent academic record. Third year law students academically ranked in the top 1/3 who are eligible to sit for the Nebraska Bar in July (or will be eligible to waive into Nebraska) will be considered.
