Duties:

• Provide expert legal advice and representation in all areas of immigration law.
• Assist clients with visa applications, green card petitions, family-based immigration, employment-based immigration, and deportation defense.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support client cases.
• Represent clients before immigration courts, government agencies, and other relevant legal bodies.
• Prepare legal documents, including motions, petitions, and briefs.
• Stay updated on changes in immigration laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with other legal professionals to develop case strategies and ensure favorable outcomes for clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing clear and transparent communication throughout the legal process.

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Ohio.
• Experience in immigration law.
• Strong understanding of immigration procedures, including family and employment-based cases, naturalization, asylum, and deportation defense.
• Ability to manage a high caseload and meet deadlines.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Ohio State Bar admission.
