Requirements

• Minimum five years of experience in complex litigation, focusing on class actions or large-scale legal matters.
• Proven expertise in class certification and settlement negotiations.
• Strong litigation skills and strategic mindset.
• Excellent communication skills for client and court interactions.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school, with a strong academic record preferred.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction(s), in good standing with the state bar.
