Duties

• Assist with complex commercial real estate lending transactions, including mortgage and mezzanine financing.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of real estate experience in a law firm, focusing on commercial real estate finance.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks under time constraints.
• Outstanding interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Licensed Illinois attorney in good standing or eligible to waive into the jurisdiction.
• Ability to travel as required by client needs.

Education

• J.D. degree from an ABA-accredited institution.

Certifications

• Licensed Illinois attorney.
