Provide advice and counsel to employers on a wide range of federal and state labor and employment laws and regulations, including wage and hour, employment policies and procedures, family and medical leave, disability accommodation, and employment contracts. Represent employers in court, before administrative agencies, at mediations, and in arbitration in employment matters, including defending claims under federal and state discrimination laws, the National Labor Relations Act and the Fair Labor Standards Act, and the Family & Medical Leave Act.
