Job Overview:
A prominent Pennsylvania-based law firm is seeking a Corporate Associate Attorney with 1–4 years of experience to support its growing Corporate and Tax Group. This role offers the opportunity to engage directly with clients on sophisticated matters including mergers and acquisitions, business restructuring, regulatory compliance, and succession planning. Location:

• Lancaster, PA

Duties:

• Advise clients on a broad range of corporate transactions including mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring

• Draft, review, and negotiate transaction-related contracts and legal documents

• Provide legal counsel on regulatory compliance and corporate governance

• Assist clients with business succession planning and strategic legal initiatives

• Conduct legal research and apply findings to client matters

• Collaborate with attorneys and staff across practice groups on complex legal projects

Requirements:

• 1–4 years of experience in corporate transactional law

• Experience in mergers and acquisitions or general corporate advisory work

• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Client-focused approach and professional demeanor

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania

Skills:

• Broad knowledge of corporate law and transactional procedures

• Legal drafting and negotiation expertise
