Duties

• Represent lenders on mortgage and subordinate commercial real estate loans.
• Draft and negotiate main transactional documents, such as joint venture and loan agreements.
• Participate in deal teams with early responsibility and client interaction.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in real estate finance.
• Admitted to the New York Bar.
• Experience with construction lending or repurchase facilities is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York Bar.
