Duties

• Oversee all phases of litigation from case inception through trial.

• Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and arbitration proceedings.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.
• Prepare legal documents, including pleadings and motions.
• Collaborate with staff to prepare trial materials.

• Maintain strong communication with clients.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of litigation experience, focusing on personal injury or employment law.
• Licensed to practice law with knowledge of state and federal litigation procedures.
• Proven trial experience in high-stakes situations.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law.
