A leading national law firm is actively seeking a mid-level Associate to join its Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Group. Location:

• San Francisco, CA

Duties:

• Handle all phases of intellectual property litigation in federal courts

• Draft motions, pleadings, briefs, and discovery documents

• Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis

• Participate in trial preparation and proceedings

• Collaborate with team members across multiple offices

• Support the expansion and development of a national IP litigation practice

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in intellectual property litigation

• Federal Circuit litigation experience is a plus

• Proven ability to quickly understand and manage complex subject matter

• Strong organizational and time management skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

• High level of academic achievement

• Submission of law school and undergraduate (or graduate, if applicable) transcripts required

Certifications:

• Active bar admission in the jurisdiction where the candidate intends to practice
