Duties

• Structure and negotiate complex commercial contracts and technology deals.
• Handle software licensing and cloud services agreements.
• Draft software, data, and IP development agreements.
• Manage channel, reseller, and distribution agreements.
• Conduct IP due diligence in M&A and other transactions.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in technology transactions and sourcing.
• Experience with AI/ML, semiconductor development, and digital assets is welcome.
• Excellent analytical, writing, and project management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and offices.
• Current law firm experience required.

Education

• Superior academic credentials from a top-tier law school.
• Relevant coursework in business, technology, and intellectual property law.
