Duties

• Independently manage a litigation caseload from beginning to end.
• Communicate with clients and provide status reports.

Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Must be admitted to practice in the state of Texas.
• 2+ years of litigation experience.
• Experience with general liability, medical malpractice, premises, products, transportation, employment, or insurance preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Legal project management experience is helpful.
