Duties

• Select jurors, argue motions, and question witnesses during trials.
• Analyze laws and regulations to predict case outcomes.
• Represent clients in court and before government agencies.
• Gather evidence and develop strategies for case presentations.
• Conduct extensive legal research and draft substantial legal documents.
• Manage deadlines and assignments with independence.

Requirements

• 10+ years' experience in general liability/insurance defense.
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Admitted in [State] (other states a plus).
• Experience in negotiations and mediations.
