Duties

• Manage cases in state and federal courts.
• Supervise and mentor legal staff.
• Oversee discovery processes.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Draft petitions, complaints, motions, and briefs independently.
• Prepare cases for trial.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in property casualty, 1st party property, or civil litigation.
• Admitted to practice in the State of California.
• Experience in managing legal cases and mentoring staff.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in the business of law.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in California.
