Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Business Litigation Attorney with over 7 years of experience to join their team in Denver, CO. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of business litigation matters, from pre-litigation analysis to trial, and will have the opportunity to grow within the firm.

Duties

• Handle pre-litigation analysis and provide client recommendations.
• Manage litigation processes from start to finish, including trials.
• Draft and litigate various business agreements and employment law matters.
• Maintain confidentiality in all discussions and negotiations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in business law.
• Licensed to practice law in Colorado.
• Experience with trial and hearing procedures, including Colorado and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
• First chair trial and/or arbitration experience with at least 5 trials.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Colorado Bar License.

Skills

• Exceptional writing and detail-oriented skills.
• Ability to manage own caseload with high initiative and mature judgment.
