The candidate must have 4-5 years of transactional relevant associate to join the New York real estate department; experience representing various parties to commercial real estate transactions (investors, developers, owners, operators, financial institutions, etc.) in a range of commercial real estate transactions (acquisitions and dispositions, developments, partnerships, and joint ventures, ground leases, space leases, lending, borrowing, and financing transactions), across a variety of asset classes. Must be admitted to the New York Bar.
