Duties

• Represent clients in first-party property insurance claims.
• Manage all litigation stages from consultation to trial or settlement.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations.
• Provide expert legal counsel and develop case strategies.

Requirements

• Must reside in or near Texas.
• Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar.
• Experience with first-party law required.
• Experience on the plaintiff side preferred.
• Property damage experience required.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Provide three professional references.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
