• Draft and prepare various legal documents, including discovery requests, pleadings, responses, subpoenas, and medical composites.

Requirements:

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an American Bar Association (ABA)-accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the Florida Bar (required).
