Duties:

• Oversee a comprehensive caseload encompassing various injury-related claims such as vehicle collisions, premises liability, animal attacks, and wrongful death.

• Initiate case evaluations, conduct fact-finding efforts, and manage legal strategy development from pre-litigation through trial.

• Prepare legal filings including motions, pleadings, and settlement proposals.

• Engage with external experts, medical providers, and investigators to build robust case support.

• Negotiate directly with insurers and opposing parties to secure optimal settlements.

• Advocate for clients in courtroom settings, depositions, mediations, and hearings.

• Maintain ongoing communication with clients, providing updates and setting expectations clearly and compassionately.

• Offer oversight and guidance to paralegals, law clerks, and support professionals.

• Participate in case sign-ups and accident scene reviews when needed.

• Keep current with evolving statutes, precedents, and procedural trends relevant to personal injury law.

Requirements:

• Active license to practice law within the state jurisdiction.

• Minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience in personal injury litigation.

• Competence in managing case files independently, including experience with litigation and negotiation.

• Courtroom experience, including jury trial participation, is highly valued.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under time-sensitive conditions.

• Commitment to delivering high-quality, client-centered legal representation.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Bar admission in the relevant state and good standing.
