• Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court and administrative hearings.
• Collaborate with medical experts and other professionals to support case strategies.
• Advise clients on their legal rights and options, providing clear and compassionate guidance.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Participate in community outreach and education programs to raise awareness about residents' rights.
• Manage a caseload efficiently, ensuring timely progression of cases.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Florida State Bar and in good standing.
• Proven record of handling cases involving nursing home or assisted living facility issues.
• Excellent academic credentials and solid legal research and writing skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Florida State Bar required.
