Duties:

• Represent lenders, tax equity investors, and other stakeholders in renewable energy project finance transactions.
• Review and draft agreements related to financing and development of energy projects.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on project finance issues, with a focus on renewable energy.
• Provide strategic legal advice on structuring and negotiating complex project financing deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to ensure effective project execution.
• Maintain and strengthen client relationships while ensuring compliance with legal standards and regulations.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in project finance, particularly with a focus on renewable energy projects.
• Proven track record representing lenders or tax equity investors in project finance transactions.
• Strong academic background with excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Ability to handle complex legal matters and provide innovative solutions.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with diverse teams and clients.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida (Florida Bar membership required).
