Duties:

• Represent lenders and tax equity investors in renewable energy project finance transactions
• Provide legal support for various aspects of project development and financing
• Draft and review complex agreements and documents related to project finance deals
• Advise clients on regulatory compliance and legal risk management
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies
• Collaborate closely with other legal teams and departments to ensure project success
• Manage client relationships and maintain regular communication regarding ongoing matters

Requirements:

• At least 3-5 years of experience in transactional law, particularly with project finance
• Demonstrated experience in renewable energy finance transactions, ideally representing lenders or tax equity investors
• Proven ability to work independently while managing multiple projects
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
• A proactive and client-focused approach to legal work

Education:

• Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active membership in the Florida Bar
