Duties

• Collaborate with clients to develop estate preservation and planning strategies.
• Prepare legal documents such as Last Wills & Testaments, Revocable and Irrevocable Trusts, and Powers of Attorney.
• Advise clients on estate administration and related legal matters.

Requirements

• Five or more years of experience in trusts and estates.
• Admitted to the Florida Bar and in good standing.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and maintain a strong work ethic.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
• LLM in Taxation or Estate Planning preferred.

Certifications

• Florida Bar admission.

Skills

• Proficiency in drafting legal documents related to estate planning.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for client interaction.
