Duties

• Develop estate preservation and planning strategies for clients.
• Prepare legal documents such as Last Wills & Testaments, Revocable and Irrevocable Trusts, and Powers of Attorney.
• Collaborate with clients to ensure their estate planning needs are met.

Requirements

• Five or more years of experience in trusts and estates.
• Admitted to the Florida Bar and in good standing.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with high-net-worth clients preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
• LLM in Taxation or Estate Planning preferred.

Certifications

• Florida Bar admission.
