Duties:

• Address complex land use issues, including zoning and planning, land-use entitlements, variances, platting and subdivision, city development contracts, and land development codes.
• Provide legal advice on a wide range of real estate development matters.
• Collaborate with clients, local government officials, and internal teams to navigate land use regulations.
• Draft and review legal documents related to land use and development.
• Conduct due diligence on real estate transactions involving land use considerations.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active Texas Bar license or commitment to obtaining one as soon as possible.
• 4+ years of experience, preferably in real estate land use issues.
