Duties

• Interact directly with clients, opposing counsel, and other relevant parties.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in commercial lease drafting and negotiation.
• Experience with leases for office, retail, industrial, and life science properties.
• Substantial experience representing landlords.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD)

Certifications

• Admitted to practice in the jurisdiction of application.
