Duties:

  • Represent condominium associations, homeowners, and property managers in various legal matters

  • Draft legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and client agreements

  • Provide direct legal counsel and participate in client consultations and meetings

  • Appear at court hearings, mediations, and administrative proceedings

  • Support senior attorneys in the analysis of legal strategies and case assessments

  • Conduct legal research and stay updated on regulatory developments

  • Attend industry-related events, expos, and client functions

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

  • Active Bar admission in Massachusetts

  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and self-driven legal professional

  • Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously and meet deadlines

  • Strong organizational and time-management capabilities

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from a recognized law school

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Massachusetts Bar (required)

  • Additional bar admissions (e.g., NH, RI, ME, VT, FL) are advantageous

Skills:

  • Excellent oral and written communication

  • Research and legal analysis proficiency

  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well in a team

  • Comfort interacting with clients and representing the firm in public forums

  • Familiarity with property law or HOA/condominium governance preferred
