Duties

• Advise clients on mergers and acquisitions transactions.
• Draft and negotiate transaction documents.
• Conduct due diligence and manage deal processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deal execution.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of M&A experience at a leading corporate firm.
• Active Bar membership in the jurisdiction of employment.
• Experience with technology and/or life sciences companies preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the state of the office location.
