• Experience in preparing pleadings, discovery, and motions.
• Trial and arbitration experience preferred.
• Strong communication and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently and collaboratively.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar of California.
• Reside within 100 miles of Walnut Creek, California.
