Duties

• Prepare for trials, including strategy discussions, discovery, and client interviews.
• Conduct legal research and investigate people, businesses, and worksites.
• Draft briefs, memos, and client updates.
• Attend depositions, hearings, and mediations.

Requirements

• Active Missouri and Illinois Bar License.
• Previous litigation experience required.
• Participation in law review or moot court is a plus.
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Client-focused mentality with a proactive approach.

Education

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active Missouri and Illinois Bar License.
