Duties and Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret insurance policies and coverage disputes to guide clients on their legal rights and obligations.
• Represent clients in insurance coverage litigation, including drafting legal documents, motions, and pleadings.
• Conduct detailed legal research and prepare comprehensive reports, memoranda, and correspondence.
• Participate in depositions, mediations, and settlement discussions.
• Monitor and stay abreast of developments in insurance law and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Excellent academic credentials with a JD from an accredited law school.
