Duties

Requirements

• Member in good standing of the California State Bar.
• 5+ years of experience in relevant legal fields.
• Experience with civil procedure, motions, and loss mitigation.
• Knowledge of Title & Lien Priority, Foreclosure, and related areas.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• CA Bar License (Required).
• Additional Bar licenses are a plus.
