A progressive personal injury law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney licensed in Georgia to join its fully remote legal team. Location:

• Macon, GA

Duties:

• Conduct daily phone negotiations with insurance adjusters and clients on personal injury claims, primarily related to motor vehicle accidents

• Manage cases involving lower-value medical treatment, guiding clients through the claims process

• Participate in internal continuing legal education (CLE) programs to deepen legal knowledge and practical skills

• Build case value through strategic negotiation and case management

• Maintain control and manage expectations in client communications

• Prepare for advancement into higher-value cases and litigation roles

Requirements:

• Three to five years of personal injury trial experience 

• Active license to practice law in the State of Georgia (Required)

• Strong communication skills, especially phone-based client and adjuster interactions

• Excellent work ethic and self-motivation

• No prior legal experience required—ideal for new attorneys seeking growth in personal injury law

• Commitment to learning and career development

• Passion for client advocacy and justice

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Georgia Bar Admission in good standing (Required)
