Job Overview: A law firm is seeking a Construction Litigation Associate Attorney to join their team in Tampa, FL. The ideal candidate will work closely with partners specializing in construction disputes and litigation, representing various entities involved in construction projects, including contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers, and design professionals.

Duties:

• Collaborate with partners to handle construction disputes and litigation.
• Represent contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers, sureties, and design professionals in construction projects such as roads, bridges, airports, condominiums, hotels, and industrial complexes.
• Provide legal research, analysis, and drafting of legal documents.
• Conduct client interviews, depositions, and witness examinations.
• Assist in trial preparation and court appearances as required.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in construction litigation.
• Membership in good standing with the Florida Bar.
• Strong knowledge of construction law principles and litigation procedures.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Membership in the Florida Bar.
