• Duties:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in privacy and cybersecurity law.
  • Experience in advising on privacy and security obligations.
  • Familiarity with state, federal, and international data security incident notification obligations.
  • Background in defending regulatory investigations related to privacy and security.

• Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

• Certifications:

  • Relevant certifications in privacy and cybersecurity law would be a plus.

• Skills:

  • Exceptional project management skills.
  • Awareness of data privacy and security laws.
  • Effective and persuasive writing and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to manage a fast-paced, complex workload while maintaining priorities.
