A law firm seeks an experienced General Liability Litigation Attorney to join its practice in Irvine, California. The attorney will represent plaintiffs in general liability cases, focusing on litigation, trial preparation, and trial proceedings in Southern California.

Duties

• Manage day-to-day handling of litigation cases.
• Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, and motions.
• Guide plaintiff clients through the case process.
• Interact with expert witnesses, including drafting reports and affidavits.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.

Requirements

• Law degree (J.D. / JD / Juris Doctor) from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with the State Bar Association in CA.
• Ideally 3+ years of general liability experience.
• Ability to manage a high volume of litigation cases.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Self-starter driven by long-term career goals.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.
