Duties:

• Handle civil litigation cases across multiple practice areas

• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including motions and pleadings

• Manage written discovery processes

• Take and defend depositions

• Provide sound legal counsel and develop case strategies

• Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and external legal teams

• Participate in court proceedings and trials

Requirements:

• 2 to 5 years of civil litigation experience

• Strong research and writing skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Experience with depositions, motions, and discovery

• Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently

• High energy and self-motivated with a capacity to handle challenging workloads

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law and in good standing with the state bar
