Duties

• Handle court appearances, depositions, mediations, and trials.
• Provide legal guidance to municipal clients on litigation and enforcement issues.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active member of the California State Bar in good standing.
• Minimum 7 years of litigation experience, preferably with public agency or municipal defense matters.
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Ability to manage a complex caseload independently and collaboratively.

Education
