What You’ll Do

- Manage your own caseload from intake through resolution
- Provide legal counsel and representation in construction law matters
- Work closely with a dedicated team of paralegals
- Build strong client relationships and deliver high-quality service
- Collaborate with leadership on case strategy and firm initiatives

What You Bring

- Active Texas Bar license (required)
- 3+ years of legal experience (construction law preferred, but not required)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases independently
- Desire to grow, lead, and take ownership of your work
