Duties

• Manage litigation cases from initial filing through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery with precision and clarity.
• Conduct legal research and prepare detailed case analyses.
• Communicate proactively with partners, clients, and opposing counsel.
• Attend hearings, depositions, and mediations as needed.
• Collaborate on strategy and trial preparation with senior attorneys.
• Provide high-level support to partners on complex cases, ensuring deadlines are met.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in Oregon; Washington license strongly preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years of civil litigation experience; experience in medical malpractice or long-term care defense is a plus.

Education

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Oregon.
