Job Overview: A law firm specializing in real estate law is seeking highly qualified candidates to join their team as Junior, Mid-Level, and Senior Real Estate Associate Attorneys. Candidates should have a strong background in sophisticated real estate transactions, including finance, development, and joint ventures, and must thrive in a collaborative team environment.

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis about real estate transactions.
• Draft and negotiate various real estate agreements and contracts.
• Provide counsel and support to clients on complex real estate matters.
• Assist in due diligence investigations and document preparation for transactions.
• Collaborate with partners and senior associates to manage client relationships effectively.

Requirements:

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New York State Bar (active and in good standing).
• Strong understanding of real estate finance, including mortgage loans, mezzanine loans, and equity transactions.
• Experience with "dirt" real estate transactions such as joint ventures, purchase and sales, ground leases, and development.
• Excellent academic credentials and writing skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications (if applicable):

• Admission to the New York State Bar.
