Duties

• Manage and execute large and complex real estate transactions.
• Focus on joint ventures, purchases and sales, and private equity transactions.
• Handle REITs and leasing matters.
• Supervise and mentor junior attorneys.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited US law school.
• High academic achievement.
• Preferred class years 2016-2022.
• Experience in real estate transactions, including joint ventures and leasing.
• Strong interest in real estate law, entrepreneurial spirit, and team-oriented mindset.
• Admitted to or eligible to waive into the New York bar.
• Prior experience in a peer law firm preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited US law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to the New York bar or eligible for waiver.

Skills
