Duties

• Manage eviction caseload efficiently, ensuring timely and effective resolution of cases.
• Provide comprehensive legal advice to clients on eviction matters.
• Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies.
• Draft and prepare legal documents, including complaints, motions, and discovery responses.
• Represent clients in court hearings and proceedings.
• Maintain knowledge of eviction law changes and trends nationwide.
• Educate clients on relevant legal updates and emerging trends in eviction law.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• An active member of the California State Bar, with all required licensing and CLE.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience practicing law; experience in evictions, foreclosure, litigation, or title is preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited institution.

Certifications

• Active membership in the California State Bar.
• Additional Bar memberships are preferred.
