A law firm seeks a motivated Corporate Associate Attorney in Denver, Colorado, to support a growing transactional practice. This role involves advising business clients on entity matters and handling real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, client-focused, and able to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced, in-office environment.

Duties

• Advise clients on corporate and business law matters, including entity formation, governance, and compliance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate corporate documents.
• Represent clients in real estate transactions including purchases, sales, and leasing.
• Conduct due diligence for corporate and real estate transactions.
• Coordinate with lenders, title companies, brokers, and other third parties.
• Maintain accurate and organized electronic case files.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed and in good standing with the Colorado Bar (or eligible for admission).
• 1-3+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.

Education
