Duties

• Manage litigation files independently.

• Draft and research legal documents with precision.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in commercial law and litigation.
• Familiarity with UCC, CPLR, and Bankruptcy Code preferred.
• Admission in New York required; federal admission preferred.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Education

• Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York State Bar.

• Proficiency with Zoom, MS Teams, and other video conferencing platforms.
• High-level organizational skills for prioritizing workload.
• Excellent research, written, and verbal communication skills.
