Duties

• Consult with clients to understand case details and merits.
• Conduct legal research using legislation and case law.
• Draft legal documents, including reports and appeals.
• Represent clients in meetings, hearings, and trials.
• Update the Department Chair on case developments.
• Maintain confidentiality and secure client data.
• Stay informed on legislative changes relevant to the practice area.
• Accurately report time and hours spent on each matter.

Requirements

• Accredited law degree.
• MA Bar admission required; CT Bar admission preferred.
• Familiarity with all subspecialties of the field.
• Outstanding research skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to perform under stress.
