Duties

  • Handle probate litigation and oversee trust administration.

• General Litigation:

  • Represent clients in complex commercial disputes.
  • Draft and argue motions, conduct discovery, and participate in trial preparation.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in Massachusetts.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality legal representation.
• A solid work ethic and a client-focused mindset.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar membership in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
