Duties

• Represent clients in personal injury cases, including auto accidents and medical malpractice.
• Propound and respond to discovery requests.
• Conduct legal research and draft litigation documents.
• Stay informed about relevant laws and regulations.
• Prepare for and attend depositions and court hearings.
• Assist in managing a heavy caseload and trial preparation.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with the California State Bar.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in personal injury litigation preferred.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal personal injury laws.
• Exceptional litigation and negotiation skills.
• Excellent research and communication skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications
