Duties

• Support the team with renewable energy project development.

Requirements

• 2-4 years' experience at a recognized law firm, ideally in renewable energy.
• Experience with renewable energy project contracts in areas like construction and power sales.
• Strong deal management, organization, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in legal research and drafting.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Admission to and in good standing with the Bar of the applicant's state of residence.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the applicant's state of residence.
